From the spark of a great synergy to the realization of a network, the journey of eDNA began with a single moment of collaboration and a fierce determination to serve.
Our story
Dr. Kristina Henry Collins, and award winning author and research psychologist, is the founder and principal owner of eDucation Network Alliance (eDNA) which consists of an exceptional team of independent contractors called Educational Consultants. Dr. Collins began eDNA as a solution to actively serve the many schools and organizations seeking her expertise and training. Overjoyed, yet overwhelmed, by the number of service inquiries she received, she sought collaboration to help fill the requests that she did not have the capacity/time to accept. These collaborators were some of the experts with whom she had collaborated, learned from and/or met along her 25 year career journey as an educator, professor, researcher, national speaker and life-long learner.
Our approach
To ensure the integrity of the exceptional work that she had become known to deliver, Dr. Collins created a standardized orientation, and maintains a network of consults under an affiliation model. As a network of educational consultants, all of eDNA affiliates independently benefit from organizational support and earn income from their participation in shared contracts, subcontracts, and/or referral fees.
